USA CUSTOMER NOTICE

NOTICE to our American (USA) CUSTOMERS

The United States Government recently announced significant changes to its import tariff rules which has unfortunately impacted Model Matters ability to ship items from Australia to the US & Puerto Rico. From Tuesday 26 August 2025, Australia Post has temporarily suspended postal services to the USA due to these changes.

This means that MODEL MATTERS can no longer take orders or ship items to the USA until further notice.
