Once we have your order we will get an accurate cost of shipping from the Post Office and confirm costs via email or phone. Model Matters does not make any margin on postage & packaging costs.
We use Australia Post for all shipping within Australia, unless otherwise requested. Postage within Australia is at standard Australia Post rates and are NOT insured unless specifically requested by the customer.
Once posed, Model Matters do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of goods.
We inspect all items prior to shipping, so all items are warranted to be as per the manufacturer’s specification. Any returns where we deem that damage was caused by inappropriate use or excessive force will be not be treated as a warranty issue and any corrective action and shipping/packaging costs will be charged for.
