USA CUSTOMER NOTICE

NOTICE to our American (USA) CUSTOMERS

During September 2025 the US Government implemented across-the-board import tariffs. As a result, AusPost arrangement now require MODEL MATTERS to pay all import taxes and duties prior to AusPost accepting parcels for shipment to the USA.

This means that the order process for USA based customers (ONLY) has changed.

Step 1. Orders will be processes as before and payment for the order and P&P taken at the time of the order being accepted by the customer.

Step 2. Paperwork for importing the goods into the USA will be completed and all tariffs & duties paid by Model Matters. This cost will then be sent through to the customer as an additional payment request which needs to be paid before the order will be shipped.
